Her clinical work integrates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness practices, Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
