Welcome to FivePin Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"). The following terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our Lobby Kiosk Check-In app ("App"). By accessing and/or using the App, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, comply with, and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

 

By providing your mobile phone number and email, you agree to receive SMS messages and email notifications from the App to reset your PIN code and during the customer check-in registration.

The App provides a digital solution for guests to check in at a lobby kiosk, facilitating visitor management and enhancing the check-in experience. Features may include, but are not limited to, digital form submission, visitor identification, and notifications.

 

3. Use of the App

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

• User Responsibilities:

  • You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

  • Specialist Information: You are responsible for entering the information of the specialists, such as their title, full name, email address, and mobile phone number. You must ensure that the specialists are aware of and recognize how their information will be handled within the App.

• Account Security: If the App requires you to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

 

4. Privacy Policy

5. Intellectual Property

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FivePin Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
