Austin Weber LMFT-A, MFT-IT, LCDC
Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor - Associate
Founder & Psychotherapist
Supervised by: Kristen Pierce-Vreeke LMFT-S
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate in Texas and Wisconsin and a licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Quincy University, where I was a student-athlete, and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in couples therapy from Northcentral University, I bring a well-rounded perspective to the therapeutic space.
My professional journey includes serving as a Clinical Director at a behavioral healthcare facility, alongside roles as an intensive outpatient counselor, residential treatment counselor, and family services manager. These experiences have deepened my belief that addiction is a family disease, requiring therapy to address the entire system for sustainable healing.
I specialize in working with couples affected by substance abuse and trauma. My approach focuses on healing the whole system by addressing the internal conflicts and attachment injuries that disrupt harmony. Using therapeutic modalities such as Imago Relationship Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, I help clients restore internal balance, mend relationships, and build confidence.
A proud United States Marine Corps veteran and former collegiate basketball player, I carry the values of perseverance and teamwork into my practice. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring the outdoors, and indulging in sports. Above all, I live by the mantra:
"Seeing isn't believing. Believing is seeing." – Judy the Elf

Kelli Magallon
Licensed Professional Counselor
Hi, I am Kelli and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. My personal belief is that all humans were created to thrive, not just survive in life. Anxiety, depression, past trauma, or the day to day grind can take a toll on us all, but you deserve to live a life that empowers and inspires you.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Louisiana State University and master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from Liberty University. I work primarily with individuals of all ages, from 7 to 99 who are struggling with self-worth or self-esteem, anxiety, depression, shame, overwhelm, or relational stress such as divorce or dating. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment therapy to shift how you think about yourself and the world, to unhook yourself from anxiety, depression, shame, or overwhelm and to live a meaningful life where you can be authentically you. I am a Gottman Level 1 trained and bring these tools into individual sessions to help you engage in healthy conflict, communicate with clarity, and learn how to restore and build genuine connection in all relationships whether it be your spouse, boss, or kiddo. As a creative soul and former art teacher, I bring in play, creative expression, and art in any client that desires creative processing as well as with children and teens.
I provide Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy (EMDR) as a EMDR trained clinician, to treat trauma, reduce symptoms of PTSD, and provide relief due to trauma symptoms. I recognize and give respect to the fact that there are times when life gives us difficult, complex and dark circumstances, things we didn’t choose or ask for, and I am committed to sitting in those spaces with you, offering an evidence based approach for healing, in order for you to be set free from trauma and find peace in the present.
As an original Austinate, my hope is to provide a safe place, clinical expertise, and healing to the community that I love. I want to walk alongside you as you discover your worth and purpose, cheering you on, challenging you, and providing clinical tools to invest in your health and wellbeing. When I am not in the counseling room you can find me spending time with my handsome carpenter and our four cool kids, going on family adventures, convincing my friends to do brave things, hanging outside on a patio or a trail or at church singing slightly off key.
