My Story

Hi, I’m Paige - a wife, mom, retired teacher, and counselor-to-be, entering this second chapter of my professional life with a heart for serving others, shaped by years of volunteer work and a passion for helping people move forward when life feels overwhelming.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward - for yourself or teenager - you’re not alone. So many of the people I work with are capable and thoughtful, but something just isn’t clicking right now.

I’ve spent over 25 years working with teenagers, families, and individuals, so I’m able to bring both professional training and real-life experience into the counseling space. I’ve walked through divorce and raising a child with a disability, which gives me a deep understanding of how heavy life can feel. I also have a heart for supporting those who feel overlooked or stretched too thin.

When we work together, you won’t be doing this alone. I’ll listen, help you sort through what’s getting in the way, and we’ll focus on practical steps to help you move forward.

We can take the next step together.

I charge $80 for 50-minute individual sessions. I accept cash, checks, and credit cards at the time of the appointment.

I currently do not accept insurance, so I will not bill your insurance. However, I can provide you with a superbill at the end of each month that you can submit to your insurance company, which can be applied to out-of-network deductibles.

If you're unsure of your benefits, you can call the number on the back of your insurance card to inquire about your "out of network" therapy benefits and learning about how to submit an out-of-network reimbursement claim.
