About Bobby

Born and raised in Austin, Texas, I am a passionate and dedicated Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern (LCDCi) and Certified Life and Relationship Coach, licensed with the state of Texas. My mission is to help individuals and couples rediscover connection, foster understanding, and navigate life's challenges with clarity and purpose.

I received my Relationship Coaching Certification from IAP Career College and leverage a combination of life experiences and diverse therapeutic modalities to provide personalized guidance. My approach is rooted in empathy, resilience, and practical tools that empower clients to achieve meaningful growth.

As a lifelong athlete who played football from little league through the semi-professional level, I credit much of my coaching style to the exceptional mentors who shaped my journey. My passion lies in creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to build fulfilling lives and relationships.

Meet Bobby

  • Journaling, and becoming your own hero

What is one thing people can do today to make a positive change in their life?

Bobby gives two: journaling, for the insight and honest self-inventory it forces, and positive affirmations, which he wears around his neck and credits with saving him. He describes the inner critic as a villain whose only job is to break you down, and affirmations as part of the arsenal you need to be your own hero.
