About Brandy
I believe that mental health care is most effective when it is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person's unique journey. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I am committed to helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate life's challenges through evidence-based treatment, education, and a holistic approach to wellness.
My background includes nearly a decade as a registered nurse, seven years of active-duty military service, and extensive clinical experience caring for individuals with ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, sleep disorders, behavioral concerns, and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. I am passionate about creating a safe, judgment-free environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered to achieve lasting wellness.
After graduating from high school in Austin, I proudly served my country in the military before returning to Central Texas with my family over 15 years ago. I have deep roots in this community and feel privileged to care for the people who call it home.
When I'm not caring for patients, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband and our four children. I love traveling, exploring new places, crafting, and making memories with my family. These experiences remind me of the importance of connection, balance, and finding joy in everyday life, values I strive to bring into my practice every day.
Whether you're seeking support for yourself or a loved one, I look forward to partnering with you on your path toward improved mental health and overall well-being.
