Marriage and couples counseling in Katy, TX

Couples counseling, also called marriage counseling or couples therapy, is for married couples and for couples who are not married. We offer it in person at our Katy office, 5502 4th Street, Katy, TX 77493, or by secure video anywhere in Texas.

Couples come to us about recurring conflicts, emotional distance, recovering from a betrayal, life transitions and intimacy. Sessions work on helping both partners feel heard, understanding the patterns in your relationship, improving how you communicate, and rebuilding trust and closeness.

Every counselor offers a free 15-minute consultation call first, so you can ask questions and get a sense of fit before your first session. Couples sessions here are $150 to $225 with our licensed counselors, or $80 with Paige Siemers, a graduate intern, depending on the counselor and the length of the session, and we provide a superbill on request for out-of-network insurance reimbursement.

I've worked with kids, teens, adults, and couples in both private practice and the classroom, so I know how differently each age needs to be met. Expect a safe place to sort through anxiety, stress, or a hard transition, and coping skills you'll actually use.

Paige Siemers

Most of the people I sit with are capable and thoughtful, but something just isn't clicking right now. I bring over 25 years with teenagers and families, plus lived experience of divorce and raising a child with a disability, so very little will sound unfamiliar.
