My Story

I am a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor Associate specializing in helping kids, teens, adults, and couples navigate the challenges of childhood all the way to adulthood. I am a wife of 13 years, mom of two, and Katy native with many years experience working within both private practice and the classroom.

With a compassionate and understanding approach, I strive to create a safe space where clients can explore their emotions, build self-confidence, and develop healthy coping skills. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, addiction, or life transitions, we can tailor therapy to each individual’s unique needs. Passionate about empowering people, I enjoy helping clients gain the tools they need to overcome obstacles, build resilience, and create a fulfilling future.

Before you schedule, please consider the cost info below:

I charge $130 for 50-minute individual sessions, and $150 for 50-minute Couples sessions. I accept cash, checks, and credit cards at the time of the appointment.

I currently do not accept insurance, so I will not bill your insurance. However, I can provide you with a superbill at the end of each month that you can submit to your insurance company, which can be applied to out-of-network deductibles.
