My Story

I am a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor Associate specializing in helping adolescents, teens, and young adults navigate the challenges of childhood and early adulthood. I am a wife of 13 years, mom of two, and Katy native with many years experience working with young people from private practice to the classroom.

With a compassionate and understanding approach, I strive to create a safe space where young people can explore their emotions, build self-confidence, and develop healthy coping skills. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, or life transitions, we can tailor therapy to each individual’s unique needs. Passionate about empowering young people, I enjoy helping clients gain the tools they need to overcome obstacles, build resilience, and create a fulfilling future.
