Introducing the Wellness Well

In a world where the pace of life seems to accelerate daily, finding moments of solace and guidance for mental well-being has become more crucial than ever. My goal for the Wellness Well is to be a place of knowledge and to encourage wellness to all who participate in this mental health and blogging journey.  As a mental health professional, I come across many different scenarios, thought processes, and stories that involve moments of solace and joy, lifelong trauma and heartache, and much more, so I want this to be a safe place to share and encourage you all and let you know that you’re not alone.  The stories and ideas shared here are all things that have come up in my life in different versions; some are my own experiences and life lessons learned, and some are things I have helped people work through in both a personal and professional capacity.  All stories will remain confidential, as in no personal information will ever be shared, but I feel that knowledge is power, and I want all the people in my life, even in a virtual aspect, to be empowered because at Mental Health Counseling of Katy, We Empower Wellness One Self at a Time!
